Meet the Founder

Hey there! My name is Kathrene and I live in Vancouver, BC. I’ve worked in Product Marketing in the tech space as well as Product Development and Project Management for leading wellness and plant-based nutrition brands. I'm also a Certified Online Business Manager through the IAOBM.

In my corporate life I saw one common theme that inspired The Flourishry in 2021: having solid processes and connecting the "why/what" and "how" made a world of a difference in moving meaningful work forward. I absolutely LOVE how getting organized and creating more efficient ways of working can create a ripple effect. With systems in place it’s so freeing to be able to dedicate our energy and bandwidth to things that truly matter!

Some hobbies I enjoy include biking, cooking, playing ultimate frisbee, watching K Dramas, being out in nature, reading, and collecting vinyl records. I have a soft spot for traveling — the new perspectives I gain and the genuine souls I connect with along the way. I’m currently dreaming up a 2-3 month working trip to Southeast Asia in the near future.
